We connect residents of marginalized communities in Baltimore to high quality health care services, and seek to address any obstacles that might threaten that connection. We do this by building long term partnerships between volunteers and community residents, empowering both parties to learn from each other as they work to promote health and well-being within Baltimore’s fragmented healthcare system.

In 2009, our founders started this organization with the community in mind. They were disappointed to see communities living steps away from Johns Hopkins medical institutions still falling victim to preventable and treatable illness.Today with generous donations like your own we can continue to allow their dream to live on. We are deeply grateful!
